Content Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Try On Outfit creates AI images of a person wearing a piece of clothing. This policy sets out what you may upload and create, how to report a problem, and how we review content and enforce these rules. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. What the service is for
The service changes the clothing in a photo. It is meant for photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed, to preview outfits. Results are private: they are shown only in the creator’s own account, and there is no public gallery or sharing feed on the site.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload, create or share through the service:
- Pornography or other sexual or NSFW content, including nudity and “undressing” of any person.
- Violence or gore.
- Hate speech, or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
- Any content involving minors in a sexual or unsafe context. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed at all.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people: face swaps, nudification, intimate-scene compositing, or results presented as real photos to mislead, whether or not the person consents.
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, such as protected logos, branded designs or photos you have no right to use.
- Content that violates someone’s privacy, such as photos of other people taken or uploaded without their permission.
- Anything else that is illegal where you live or in the People’s Republic of China.
3. Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material, sexual deepfakes of real people, and content promoting terrorism or mass violence lead to immediate account termination without refund, and may be reported to the competent authorities.
4. What you may upload
Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you permission, and clothing images you have the right to use. Permission from the person shown does not allow any of the content prohibited above.
5. How to report
Anyone can report content or behavior that breaks this policy, including a result that uses your photo or infringes your copyright or trademark. Email sg4h40n4n@gmail.com with the subject “Report” and include:
- what the content is and why you think it breaks this policy;
- any link, screenshot, date or account email that helps us find it;
- for intellectual property claims, the work or mark you own and how to reach you.
6. How we handle reports
We confirm receipt within 2 business days, and within 24 hours for reports involving child safety or terrorism. Every report is reviewed by a person. We keep the reporter’s identity confidential and do not share it with the reported account. Reports that are knowingly false or malicious are recorded and may lead to action against the reporter’s account.
7. How we moderate content
We use several layers of protection:
- Automated checks: every try-on request must pass Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection and a signed-in account check; free try-ons are limited for accounts created in bulk from one network; image generation through Google’s Gemini models on Vertex AI is subject to Google’s built-in safety filters, which block unsafe outputs.
- Human review: every user report is reviewed manually by the operator, who can inspect the reported content and the account’s activity.
- Periodic audits: at least once a month we review reports received, failed or blocked generations and unusual account activity, and adjust our checks where needed.
8. Enforcement
Action depends on how serious the violation is:
- Critical (child safety, terrorism, sexual deepfakes): content deleted, account terminated immediately without refund, and a report to the authorities where required.
- High (other sexual, violent or hateful content, impersonation): content deleted and account suspended.
- Medium (privacy or intellectual property infringement): content deleted after review and a warning; repeat violations lead to suspension.
- Low (other misuse reported to us): a warning and, where needed, removal of the content.
9. Appeals and contact
If you think we made a mistake, reply to our message or email sg4h40n4n@gmail.com within 30 days and we will review the decision again.
