Terms of Service

1. The service

Try On Outfit lets you combine a photo of a person with a photo of clothing and receive an AI-generated image of that person wearing the clothing. You can use your own photos or the sample models and wardrobe photos we provide.

Results are created by artificial intelligence. They are previews for inspiration only: color, fit, size and details may differ from the real garment, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and should keep access to your Google account secure.

Each new account receives 1 free try-on. Creating several accounts to collect more free try-ons is not allowed, and we may withhold free try-ons from accounts that appear to be created for that purpose.

3. Try-ons, packs and payment

One try-on produces one result and uses one try-on from your balance. Try-ons are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown on our pricing page. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals: you are charged only when you choose to buy a pack.

Purchased try-ons do not expire. If a try-on fails, the try-on is returned to your balance automatically. Try-ons have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record and may appear on your statement. We do not see or store your card details. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your photos and acceptable use

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them, and to send them to our AI provider, only to create your results and to keep them in your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. In particular, you agree not to:

• upload a photo of another person without their permission;
• upload photos of anyone under 18;
• create nude, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful images;
• create face swaps, nudified images or deepfakes of any real person, even with their consent;
• upload or create content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, such as a brand’s logo or a designer’s garment photos you have no right to use;
• use results to impersonate, harass, deceive or defame anyone, or present them as real photographs to mislead others;
• try to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass the limits or security of the service.

4a. Content Policy and reporting

Our Content Policy (tryonoutfit.com/content-policy) is part of these terms. It lists the content that is not allowed, how to report a violation, and how we review reports and act on them.

To report content that breaks these rules or infringes your rights, email sg4h40n4n@gmail.com with the subject “Report”. We review every report and may remove content, suspend accounts and, where the law requires, inform the authorities.

5. Results

You may use the results you create for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as deciding what to wear or sharing them with friends. Sample models and wardrobe photos remain the property of their owners and may only be used within the service.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, without refund of try-ons used in breach of them. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing sg4h40n4n@gmail.com.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will refund unused purchased try-ons.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in the People’s Republic of China, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
